And my friend when they use the headset they have everything at a normal volume, so what i'm getting at is i don't think it's the headset itself but maybe drivers or setting or something else or maybe it's just a faulty headset and i should return it, PLEASE help. As for the soundblaster Z I actually own one and I have no regrets.I'v recently brought the Hyper x cloud (first one not the second one) and my friends are saying my voice was super quiet so i went through my settings and turned up my voice on levels etc and even had to turn up the boost and i'm STILL too quiet what really annoys me is that my friend has the exact same headset as i do and there voice is fine, it's not quiet and it's actually quiet clear as well, but mine is very quiet and i can't find out why. The only think I would like in the stream is music using Nightbot.

The A40 and A50 are identical from what I can gather, same driver and more or less the same can design apart from the A50 having the mixamp controls and battery crammed in there. Sound problem is most likely linked with issues in the cables.
